TeXchange 2018: Smart Cities

26-29 November 2019

London

We are proud to launch the fifth TeXchange programme, focusing this year on Smart Cities. TeXchange, a unique annual programme run by the Hub since 2013, aims this year to open up the UK market for Israeli smart city solutions in energy, telecoms and transport.

Starting today, we will accept applications from Israeli startups offering futuristic solutions for cities and infrastructure to join TeXchange 2018 – Smart Cities.

We will select up to 15 startups in a competitive process, which will head to London this November. For the first time, the Israeli startups will connect to top British corporate and government agencies, at a time when the UK is in the midst of an unprecedented national effort to upgrade its urban services.

Winners will be announced on 18 October, and travel to London between 26-29 November. During a 3-day programme, they will get direct access to UK’s top companies, government agencies and municipal authorities through public events, meetups and presentations.

Past TeXchange programmes resulted in over 20 signed UK-Israel business partnerships with many more under negotiations. Hundreds of UK companies and over 70 Israeli startups took part in TeXchange activities so far.

We invite Israeli companies to apply who offer solutions in the following fields:

  • Ride Services
  • Fleet Management
  • Connected Car
  • Repair & Maintenance
  • IoT Integration Platforms
  • Customer Journey/ Experience
  • Network/Connectivity
  • Distributed/Decentralised Systems
