About the Event:

The British Embassy Israel, in partnership with Yazamiyot and Shoosmiths LLP, are excited to invite you to apply to our virtual UK-Israel Female Founder Office Hours!
This is the 3rd event in the Embassy’s UK-Israel Women Leading Innovation Initiative and is focused on easing the barrier of raising capital for female founders by facilitating 1:1 virtual meetings between a select group of UK and Israel female founders and leading investors.

How Does it Work?

Founders will have a chance to meet with at least three investors during the event. Each meeting will last approx. 10 mins and provide a unique opportunity for female founders to engage with investors in an open 1:1 conversation, gaining valuable insights and advice. This is not a pitch session, instead, investors will receive all decks prior to the event and founders are encouraged to come with a set of strategic questions for the investors they will meet.
Participating VCs include Octopus VenturesHearst VenturesQualcomm Ventures (Europe and Israel), Glilot Capital PartnersPlayfair CapitalNotion VCNfX and more.

The UK-Israel Women Leading Innovation is a British Embassy initiative aimed at promoting women in the tech industry in both the UK and Israel, connecting founders of leading startups, VCs, corporates, innovation hubs, academia and government across both countries.
