This time, we’re focusing on Empowering Scientific Excellence by connecting future scientific leaders with today’s most prominent UK and Israeli women dominating the science and tech transfer sector. A great opportunity to gain access and hear from top experts in both countries.

Believe: That you are unique, be confident that you are capable. Do not be afraid to be the 1st person who paves the way.

Empower: Behind every successful woman is a tribe of other successful women who have her back. Empower yourself and bond with women from different fields that support your goals.

Network: Connect with other pioneering women in your field across the world, share knowledge and experience this would maximize your power and effect.

Inspire others and be a role model: Be opportunistic, share your experience and help remove the barriers for other women.

Commit to your ambitions and take the risks: Find what you love, think of yourself as a scientist, the gender should play a role, think of what excites you and fight for it. Create your own opportunities, be ruthless of who you work with, and always be with people who help you succeed.
