Haim Shani is the former Director General of Israel’s Ministry of Finance and has decades of experience in tech, including as CEO of NICE Systems. Mr. Shani was recently awarded OBE from Queen Elizabeth for his contribution to the UK-Israel Tech Hub.
A strategy and innovation director, Keren’s career, has spanned corporate and government, proving expertise in marrying the implementation of government policy with the goals of business partners.
Manages projects and delegations in Israel, working across sectors to coordinate activities that implement the vision and strategy of the UK Israel Tech Hub. Ella has experience coordinating large and complex budgets and projects in the Israeli public and non-profit sectors, and is currently finishing up her MBA in the Mandel Social Leadership Program at Ben Gurion University.
Heading the collaborations between the UK’s leading organisations and Israel’s prominent Fintech and Cybersecurity companies, Avital is a seasoned technology investing and business development professional within the Israeli and global ecosystem. For over a decade, Avital has worked within the financial services industry and partnered with startups, venture capital firms, global entities, and key executives. Avital holds an MBA with marketing concentration from Reichman University and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
A Psychology graduate from University College London with over 15 years of experience of applied research combined with project management. Ronit holds an MBA in Healthcare Innovation from IDC and has gained expertise in the healthcare innovation field having worked with some of the largest hospitals and organisations in Israel and the UK on new and developing innovative products and services. She has a passion for improving healthcare through innovation both in Israel and the UK.
Manages community, media strategy and partnerships for the tech hub. Matan has experience in building marketing strategies, creating global partnerships and managing large and complex projects in the Israeli public and government non-profit sectors. He holds a B.A in Communications & Marketing and M.A in Jewish Education.
Elinor has spent the past decade building strategic partnerships for organizations in the private, public and social sectors across the UK, Europe and Israel. In her previous role as the Head of the UK Office of the UK Israel Tech Hub, Elinor designed partner programmes and tech partnerships between Israeli innovation and British companies, as well as co-led the launch of the UK-Israel Women Leading Innovation Network and the UK-Israel VC Club.
