Co-Founder and General Partner of Israel Growth Partners, a leading Tech focused late stage fund with over 14 investments to date and 600 million dollars under management. Haim Shani is the former Director General of Israel’s Ministry of Finance and has decades of experience in tech, including as CEO of NICE Systems. Mr. Shani was recently awarded OBE from Queen Elizabeth for his contribution to the UK-Israel Tech Hub.
Heading the collaborations between the UK’s leading organisations and Israel’s prominent Fintech and Cybersecurity companies, Avital is a seasoned technology investing and business development professional within the Israeli and global ecosystem. For over a decade, Avital has worked within the financial services industry and partnered with startups, venture capital firms, global entities, and key executives. Avital holds an MBA with marketing concentration from Reichman University and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
A Psychology graduate from University College London with over 15 years of experience of applied research combined with project management. Ronit holds an MBA in Healthcare Innovation from IDC and has gained expertise in the healthcare innovation field having worked with some of the largest hospitals and organisations in Israel and the UK on new and developing innovative products and services. She has a passion for improving healthcare through innovation both in Israel and the UK.
Shahd supports the HUB work, by strengthening the connections between IL-UK Tech sectors through Tech Policies. While enhancing collaborations with the government, the public sector and other private entities, to better shape and promote mutual values in Tech norms, standards and regulations. With an extensive expertise in Policies, Governance, Privacy Laws and Consulting, after working for almost a decade in ILITA (Israeli, Law, Information and technology Authority). And being involved in national projects such as the biometric identities, light train and legislation of laws in Tech & Data. Shahd holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law from Tel-Aviv University, also, an MBA degree from Reichman University (IDC).
Elinor has spent the past decade building strategic partnerships for organizations in the private, public and social sectors across the UK, Europe and Israel. In her previous role as the Head of the UK Office of the UK Israel Tech Hub, Elinor designed partner programmes and tech partnerships between Israeli innovation and British companies, as well as co-led the launch of the UK-Israel Women Leading Innovation Network and the UK-Israel VC Club.
